It is time to pay your 2010 Assessment. Please see below various ways in which you can pay your assessment:
1) Detach the appropriate sheet from your statement and mail your payments to the bank’s lockbox at Post Office Box 912, Columbia, SC 29202
2) Go online to www.cmgcharleston.com and select “online payments”. You will need your account number noted on your statement for this option if you have not already setup your account
3) Download the form from our website and set-up ACH for automatic draft of your assessment for 2011. Please remember that if you have your payments set up on ACH through Community Management Group, you need to be aware that any outstanding balance will be debited from your account.As always, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns at 843-795-8484 ext. 317.
