I would like to thank the homeowners who continue to maintain and enhance their property. Many of you have concerns regarding your neighbors’ lack of maintenance of their homes and property, which may negatively affect your property. Please understand Community Management Group inspects the community once a week for covenants violations based on your community documents. Your Board of Directors sets standards based on these documents. Covenants enforcement actions are a form of legal action against an owner and cannot be discussed with concerned owners. I would like to assure you that we are doing everything we can to cite any homeowner that is not in compliance and we will continue to do so until the matter is resolved.
