I would like to thank all owners who have paid their Assessment. If you have not already sent in your 2012 Annual Assessment, please put it in the mail today to allow enough time for delivery or you can visit our website to pay online. Remember the Assessment was due on January 1st and was late on the 15th. Delinquent charges will not be forgiven due to the 15-day grace period that was allowed. Please understand collections of Assessments are imperative to fund the operating budget for your community. It is unfair to the owners that pay on time every time.
